Volunteer Interest Meeting + Lunch & Learn

Our Facilities Team is looking for strategic thinkers and leaders to serve our Body by creating & maintaining our space for worship. Our Hospitality Team is seeking amiable and engaging people to join them in making Clayborn Temple an inviting home for guest, friends and members. If you are interested in learning more about either, please join us for a brief interest meeting Sunday, July 29 from 12PM-12:30PM. If you are currently serving in either of these areas or would like to join, please join us the following Sunday, August 5 from 12PM-1:30PM for lunch and training. Attention all rising 1st-5th graders- Camp in the City is coming up July 23-27 at Hope Church from 9AM-4PM daily. You don't want to miss this! From amazing counselors and hilarious skits to thrilling activities and awesome Bible studies, all campers are sure to have a blast! The cost is $270 per child. We have plenty of scholarship money for families of all situations. We’ll also be coordinating carpools to and from camp. This summer, the DC Women’s Ministry will be studying the Book of Ephesians every Wednesday in June and July (excluding June 13 & July 4). Meet us from 6:30-7:45pm at the Downtown Church office, 35 Union. Whether you're looking to meet others in your life stage or find an older or younger woman to begin a mentoring relationship, this is the place to be!
