A Simple Church, On Purpose
Downtown Church is a multi-ethnic and multi-class church meeting in downtown Memphis and serving all of the greater Memphis area. We are committed to developing a church community that is intentional about authentic relationships centered on grace, mercy, integrity, and respect. We meet every Sunday morning for worship service at 10:30am at Streets Ministries in downtown Memphis, TN.

Who We Are
Downtown Church exists to glorify God by creating a radical new community that molds loving disciples of Jesus through the power of the Gospel. We are committed to living Christ-centered lives, showing others grace, love, and mercy through intentional relationships.
Here For You
When you worship with Downtown, you will find an economically, socially, racially, and culturally diverse congregation joined by the one Father who unites brothers and sisters in Christ. You will be greeted at the door and directed to our children’s nursery or our info table. The nursery is offered during Sunday School and Worship for children not yet in kindergarten. For children who attend worship, crayons and children’s bulletins are available to help them engage with each step of worship. On most Sundays, they will be invited to the front to hear a special word from one of our pastors or our Children’s Director. Our music is a mixture of hymns, gospel and contemporary worship songs. Feel free to dress casually. We look forward to worshiping with you Sunday!
